Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field with national certification or state licensure as required.
• Current State license (within six months of hire) as Clinical Laboratory Technologist, or provisional license.
• General Supervisor license required if working alone.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates abnormal results and initiates corrective action with follow-up.
• Troubleshoots laboratory instrumentation to ensure continual operation.
• Ensures proficiency testing is performed and reported per procedures.
• Assists laboratory staff and patient care staff in laboratory tasks and procedures.
