Job summary

The Staff Pad is recruiting for a Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technologist to join a hospital laboratory in Las Vegas, United States. You will perform a wide range of tests with advanced equipment and collaborate with clinicians to ensure timely, accurate results.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in Laboratory Science with 1+ year hospital lab experience, including Blood Bank exposure.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Laboratory Science required.
• 1+ year of experience as a Medical Technologist/MLT in a hospital laboratory setting (Blood Bank experience helpful).
• ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within the first week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment.
• Analyze, verify, and manage laboratory data.
• Maintain quality control standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely, accurate results.
