The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Blue Ridge, GA to recruit a dedicated Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technologist for full-time nights. You will perform a wide range of laboratory tests to support accurate diagnoses and patient care, working with advanced equipment and a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in LaboratoryScience from an accredited institution required
• 1+ year of experience as a Medical Technologist /Medical Laboratory Technologist in a hospital laboratory setting, including Blood Bank experience
• ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification or willing to obtain within the first week of employment

Responsibilities

• Performing laboratory testing to support accurate diagnosis and treatment
• Operating and maintaining sophisticated medical equipment
• Analyzing, verifying, and managing laboratory data
• Maintaining quality control standards and regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely, accurate results
