Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, Health Science, or General. Master's preferred.
• Certification: MT(ASCP) or equivalent required upon hire.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing in General Lab, Blood Bank, or Microbiology.
• Maintain equipment and records and perform quality assurance activities.
• Supervise and teach within the laboratory setting as applicable.
• Train staff and act as a resource for pathologists and other technicians.
• Ensure CAP and Joint Commission readiness and regulatory compliance.
