Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3 years experience as Medical Technologist with 1 year Blood Bank experience if applicable.
• Licensure/certification required on hire (ASCP/AMT/AAB).
• Computer/data entry experience and ability to use Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blood and body fluids for diagnostic tests in General Lab, Blood Bank, or Microbiology.
• Serve as resource to Pathologists and train other techs as needed.
• Perform routine testing across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, and microbiology.
• Maintain logs, QC and instrument maintenance; participate in shift hand-offs and supervisor duties when needed.
