Mercy is seeking a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our provider care team. The role focuses on accurate, timely laboratory testing, reporting results, and maintaining compliance with quality standards.

The candidate will uphold Mercy's Signature Service in every interaction. Continuing education is emphasized with mandatory CEUs annually, with programs including webinars, online education, conferences, and accredited attendance documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum CEU requirements: 12 CEU per year and related education programs.
• Courses must be related to medical laboratory science or education for hospital positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, precise, and timely laboratory tests and report results.
• Evaluate and report test results while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service in line with Mercy Signature Service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the laboratory management.
