Job summary

Mercy Hospital Lebanon is seeking a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to join the provider care team. You will perform laboratory tests with accuracy and timeliness, evaluate and report results, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards as part of Mercy’s World Class Laboratory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or a major that meets certifying agency requirements.
• Completion of a 50-week U.S. medical laboratory training course.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests accurately, precisely, and timely.
• Evaluate and report test results.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Mercy quality standards.
