Qualifications

• Associate's degree (or higher) in a relevant field is required.
• MT/MLS(ASCP) or MT/MLS eligible under Medicare regulations.
• MLT (ASCP) or equivalent registration or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate testing of specimens per lab protocols.
• Reports test results promptly and documents critical values.
• Maintains quality control and calibrations for instruments.
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Ensures proper specimen labeling, handling and processing.
