Job summary

Htprof is hiring a Lab / Medical Lab Tech or Medical Technologist (MT/MLT) for a direct-hire, full-time role in Ohio. The position offers day and night shifts with a competitive hourly wage, sign-on bonus, and full benefits in a brand-new facility performing high-volume testing.

The ideal candidate will graduate from an accredited MT/MLT program, hold ASCP MT/CLS or MLT/CLS certification, and bring blood bank experience or clinical lab training to the team.

Qualifications

• Blood Bank experience is a plus.
• New grads will be considered if they have completed a clinical in a high-volume lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform various clinical laboratory tests to obtain data for diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment per procedures.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards in a fast-paced lab.
