Responsibilities

• Performs moderate and high complexity laboratory tests accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely reporting of results with documentation.
• Adheres to quality control procedures by performing required checks, analyzing data, troubleshooting out-of-range results, and taking corrective actions.
• Maintains instrument function checks and preventative maintenance as per policy.
• Troubleshoots instrument malfunctions and notifies appropriate personnel or manufacturers as needed.
• Collects specimens and performs phlebotomy duties as required to support patient care.
