Qualifications

• A college-educated laboratory professional with knowledge of lab testing procedures.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical activities including equipment checks and specimen handling.
• Carry out analytical procedures and report results according to SOPs.
• Participate in proficiency testing and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain and disinfect laboratory equipment and work areas.
• Assist with training and support for staff as needed.
