Responsibilities include conducting tests, reporting results, and supporting staff while ensuring safety and confidentiality. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in a laboratory discipline, 1+ years of clinical lab experience, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical technology, or CLIA equivalency as described.
• Experience in clinical lab settings and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tests and analytical procedures per hospital procedures and standards.
• Performs reporting of results and provides technical support across age groups.
• Maintains equipment, records, and quality control activities.
• Supports training of new staff and assists in customer service issues.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and ensures confidentiality.
