Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic test procedures on patient specimens following SOPs.
• Collect, prepare, and process patient specimens.
• Document all processes and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment as needed.
• Develop new procedures and process improvements.
• Detect discrepancies and confirm abnormal test results.
• Collaborate with LIS Administrator for data management and with QA/Compliance teams for regulatory duties.
