Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician to perform laboratory testing, maintain equipment, and ensure quality assurance. You will conduct patient, proficiency, and QA tests, analyze data, and document findings in the LIS.

The role requires independence, attention to detail, and teamwork in a regulated environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field, certification MT(ASCP)/MLS(ASCP) upon hire, and 1 year of lab

• Minimum of 1 year laboratory experience preferred.

• Analyzing, investigating, interpreting, and reporting lab data with clinical awareness and timely turnaround.
• Monitoring test statuses, documenting in LIS, and communicating effectively with team members.
• Supporting performance improvements, participating in inspection readiness, and assisting with new methods and procedures.
• Maintaining current knowledge of policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Completing educational requirements and adhering to organizational standards of behavior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications such as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent required upon hire.
• Minimum of 1 year laboratory experience preferred.
• Skills in computer/data entry, communication, and basic knowledge of Excel, Word; Epic and 3M experience preferred.
