Qualifications

• BLS may be required or obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Credentialing may vary by unit/dept; related specialties may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform, interpret, check accuracy and report results on routine and complex laboratory procedures.
• Evaluate new instruments/methods, ensure proper reagent prep and quality control.
• Lead troubleshooting and monitor equipment maintenance; may perform apheresis and/or bone marrows as needed.
