Job summary

Zohorecruit is assisting a healthcare organization in Russellville, AR to recruit a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technologist for a full-time night shift. You will join a clinical team and perform a range of laboratory tests using advanced equipment to ensure accurate and timely results for patient care.

Qualified candidates have an associated degree in Laboratory Science, relevant MT/MLT experience, and certifications such as ASCP/AMT; BLS is required or obtainable within the first

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Laboratory Science from an accredited institution required.
• 1+ year of hospital laboratory experience, including Blood Bank experience.
• ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within the first week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performing laboratory testing to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
• Operating and maintaining sophisticated medical equipment.
• Analyzing, verifying, and managing laboratory data.
• Maintaining quality control standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely, accurate results.
