Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Night shift Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform a range of clinical laboratory tests and supervise MLTs. You will ensure timely and accurate results, adhere to CLIA and HIPAA standards, and collaborate with nursing units for effective patient care.

This role requires a 4-year degree in a related field, Neonate-to-geriatric readiness, and national certification upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; foreign graduates must provide degree equivalency evaluation.
• Certification: ASCP Medical Technologist or AMT or ASCPi (post-2015) upon hire.
• Experience in patient care as part of approved Medical Technology program.

Responsabilités

• Perform clinical lab tests and procedures across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, blood gases and cardiac testing.
• Perform waived testing according to CLIA standards.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment; ensure quality control and accurate reporting of results.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or Medical Sciences
