Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field required.
• Passing score on the Clinical Laboratory Technology Proficiency examination approved by HHS (HEW) required.
• 0-2 years of acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate and high complexity laboratory tests accurately and efficiently, with timely reporting and proper documentation.
• Adheres to quality control procedures and analyzes data to troubleshoot out-of-range results.
• Performs instrument checks and preventative maintenance per policies.
