Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or NAACLS-approved Medical Technology program or equivalent.
• No experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests within established protocols.
• Calibrates, maintains and repairs instruments as needed.
• Performs quality control and quality assurance activities.
• Collects specimens from newborn, pediatric, and adult patients.
• Provides training and technical assistance to staff and students.
• Implements improvements to procedures while ensuring accreditation standards.
• Performs proficiency testing and supports specialty testing areas.
• Delivers accurate results to critical care departments and supports mass-casualty procedures.
• Demonstrates age-appropriate care for patients.
