Qualifications

• MLS/MLT with ASCP certification or eligible.
• 4-year degree in biology/chemistry and clinical lab experience in microbiology or immunology.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong data analysis and statistics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform high complexity testing daily.
• Maintain QA of assays and comply with CLIA/state regs.
• Verify and relay results accurately.
• Prepare specimens and operate lab equipment.
