Summary:

This job position is responsible for performing laboratory tests on body fluids utilizing standard laboratory procedures and instruments to aid in the diagnosis, monitoring, and prevention of disease.

Other information:

Effective January 1, 2020, new hires into this position must obtain the Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) certification within 18 months of hire. Employees hired prior to this date are grandfathered and remain compliant.

Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications: Essential:

• * Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist or Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist - AMT

Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Essential:
