UMass Memorial Health, Microbiology Lab, is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist to perform a range of CLIA-defined tests and support patient care in a fast-paced setting in Massachusetts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science or related field; MT (ASCP) certification preferred.
Candidates should have at least one year of clinical lab experience and demonstrate ability to work under pressure, follow procedures, and maintain quality control.

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Hiring Range: $28.30 - $50.94 (based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week). Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
