Job summary

You will collect, process, and verify specimens, ensure correct labeling, and report results within turnaround times, under regulatory guidelines.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant science and certification (AMT or ASCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science or MLS/MT accredited program.
• Credential evaluation by IERF for foreign educated candidates.
• AMT or ASCP certification required/preferred depending on timeline.
• New graduates welcome to apply and pursue certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology and urinalysis.
• Collect, receive and process specimens; ensure correct labeling and handling.
• Verify results, document findings and communicate timely to clinicians.
• Monitor quality control and maintain instrumentation as needed.
• Ensure inspection readiness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
