Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks a Medical Technologist to perform flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and hematology-related tasks. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
  • ASCP MT/MLS certification required.
  • CLIA 42CFR493.1489-compliant training or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry procedures.
  • Assist hematology functions including smear preparation and differential counts.
  • Maintain and calibrate flow cytometer and IHC instruments; manage reagents.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, QA/QC, and CLIA/CAP regulations.
