We will hire clinical laboratory testing personnel in three job titles based on educational background:

• Medical Technologist
• Med Lab Technician
• Lab Technician

This role works days, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The ideal candidate will:

• Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, testing, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge and adhere to quality control policies.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and documentation of instruments and procedures.
• Participate in proficiency testing and continuing education.
• Identify and resolve test performance issues, and may serve as an educator or trainer.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution, or
• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field, or
• Meeting CLIA high complexity testing qualifications.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT, MLT, MLS) from ASCP or AMT.
• Previous laboratory experience.

Physical requirements include visual acuity, color differentiation, manual dexterity, and the ability to stand for long periods. Personal protective equipment must be used as required.
