The Valley Hospital–Paramus is seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Technologist to independently perform and report laboratory findings in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. You will work to ensure quality patient care while adhering to regulatory guidelines and standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with MT certification or equivalent, plus 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with MT certification or equivalent certification as listed.
• 1 year of clinical laboratory experience required or preferred.
• Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist with relevant licensure.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform and report laboratory findings according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in the lab.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide training as needed.
