The Valley Health System is seeking a Medical Technologist to independently perform and report laboratory findings in accordance with regulatory standards and internal procedures. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with MT certification (ASCP/AMT or equivalent) and at least 1 year of clinical lab experience.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency with LIS and laboratory equipment, and the ability to train students and staff in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with MT certification (ASCP/AMT or equivalent) or Bachelor's degree with categorical certification in work performed.
• 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to train students and new staff.

• Ensure accuracy and quality of testing and results.
