Job summary

The Valley Hospital-Paramus is seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Technologist to independently perform and report laboratory findings in line with regulatory standards. You will work within The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with MT certification (ASCP/AMT or equivalent) and at least 1 year of clinical lab experience, with proficiency in LIS and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with Medical Technologist certification or equivalent.
• ASCP/AMT or comparable certification is required.
• 1 year of clinical laboratory experience is expected.
• Ability to perform and evaluate complex laboratory testing accurately.

• Independently perform and report laboratory findings per policies and regulations.
