Advocate Health Care is seeking a Laboratory Technologist for a full-time 3rd shift role at Good Samaritan. You will perform, monitor, and evaluate laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of results while maintaining instrument calibration and quality control.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology, and ASCP/AMT eligibility within 1 year. Excellent communication skills are essential for teamwork and patient care.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• No experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests as authorized within established protocols.
• Monitors workflow and adjusts to complete work in a timely manner.
• Evaluates results for clinical significance, validity and appropriateness.
• Performs calibration, maintenance and repair of instruments and equipment.
