Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
• Active Florida Medical Technologist license required.
• Hands-on experience with clinical laboratory testing, quality control, and specimen handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyze patient specimens accurately and efficiently.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Perform quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Review, document, and report laboratory findings according to established protocols.
• Follow laboratory safety standards, infection control procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Identify and report abnormal or critical test results.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support timely and accurate patient diagnosis.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with laboratory policies.
