Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth, NH is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our night shift full-time team. You will perform, interpret, and correlate clinical laboratory procedures to support accurate patient diagnoses and timely treatment, while adhering to hospital policies and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited program.
• Hospital internship completed.
• Successful completion of the registration exam of a nationally recognized licensing agency (ASCP, NCA, ASCLT).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform, interpret, and correlate clinical laboratory procedures promptly, accurately, and reliably.
• Correlate test results with diagnosis and age-specific population criteria (geriatrics, adults, pediatrics, neonates).
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of all laboratory departments, supplies, equipment, and policies.
