Job summary

Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse for Ambulatory Surgery. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, develop care plans within 24 hours of admission, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safety and positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an NH RN license with BLS, PACU experience, and preferably a BSN. ACLS/PALS/ENPC are preferred and must be obtained within 12 months of hire. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in New Hampshire with current BLS.
  • BSN preferred and PACU experience is a plus.
  • ACLS, PALS, or ENPC are preferred (required within 12 months).

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in alignment with NH scope and hospital policy.
  • Develop and implement care plans with timely education within 24 hours of admission.
  • Lead and delegate to LPNs, LNAs, EMTs, attendants, and technicians.
  • Collaborate to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
