Responsibilities

• Receives and relays incoming and outgoing telephone calls for the facility.
• Operates the switchboard and paging systems, and enters directory information.
• Handles emergency announcements and informs appropriate personnel.
• Take messages and deliver to proper place quickly.
• Understand and implement emergency procedures including codes, drills, and alarms.
