TalentBurst is seeking a Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse for Fayetteville, NC. Night shift (19:00–07:00), 3x12 hours, 13-week contract starting 11/16/2026. Ratios are 1:5-6 with travel restrictions and block scheduling options.

BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications required. Local radius rules apply; float within scope to meet facility needs. Position emphasizes 2+ years in MS/Telemetry, Epic EMR experience, and a 50-mile radius policy from Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Night Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week

Title:Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse
Location:Fayetteville, NC
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift:Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:00
Job Decescription:

• Ratios: 1:5-6
• *Years of experience: 2 (MS/Tele) *
• Weekend Req: Yes, every other
• Certs Req: BLS, ACLS, NIH
• Is On-call Req: N
• Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units: Y
• Open to accommodating block scheduling:
• Locals accepted: No - 50-mile radius rule from the main campus (Cape Fear Valley Medical Center)
• Pending License accepted: N
• RTO Restrictions: per manager's discretion
• Guaranteed Hours: call off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment. Once that is met all hours based on contracted shifts are guaranteed.

Special Requirements:

• Return Staff Policy: Have to be gone for 1 year to return as a traveler.
• System has a 2 contract limit (can only extend once ) then has to be gone for 6 months to return.
