Qualifications

• Twelve months registered nurse experience in a healthcare environment.
• Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s).
• RN - Texas State Licensure - TX BON PSV Compact Licensure - must obtain permanent Texas license within 60 days if establishing Texas residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct nursing assessments and assist with exams and treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient education; collaborate with physicians and interprofessional care team.
• Lead unit and shared governance initiatives; participate as charge nurse or preceptor when applicable.
• Diligently follow safety, quality, and patient-centered care standards.
