St. Luke's Health-Brazosport Hospital in Lake Jackson, Texas seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care.

You will perform assessments, plan and implement care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes. The role requires strong critical thinking, fast-paced efficiency, and a patient-first mindset; BLS/CPR within 14 days and Texas RN license upon hire are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience upon hire.
• Texas RN license upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 14 days.

Responsabilités

• Assessment: Admission and ongoing assessment of patient condition; provide care for physical, psychological and spiritual needs; notify changes to doctor.
• Planning: Design and document plan of care, educate patient/family, coordinate discharge plans with other disciplines.
• Implementation: Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries and diagnostics; report changes; follow safety protocols.
• Evaluation: Reassess patients after interventions; notify physician to modify care as needed.
• Report Skills: Give and receive bedside reports with family participation; ensure continuity of care.
• Environment & Patient Safety: Maintain safe environment; remove used equipment; uphold quality and safety goals.
