TalentBurst is seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a 26-week onsite contract in Kalamazoo, MI. Night shift 12 hours/day (3 days/week) with a 36-hour workweek and potential additional PRN hours. Requires BLS, 2+ years MS experience, MS/Telemetry experience, and Epic proficiency.

Local travelers within 50 miles may have local rate considerations. Position offers a 26-week duration starting 11/16/2026 with travel-friendly terms and the chance to work in a dynamic MS unit.

LOCAL RATE APPLIED FOR TRAVELERS 50 MILES OR LESS FROM FACILITY - SEE CDM FOR RATE

Job Description:

• Shift: 7p-7a; night
• Hours: 36 hr/week; may pick up additional hours prn
• Guaranteed Hours per Week: 36 or 48
• Call Requirement: n/a
• Weekend Requirement: every other
• Float Requirement: as needed to like medical surgical departments

HOLIDAY RTO: No holiday requests, dates may be discussed with manager to determine if the unit is able to accommodate.

Other requirements: BLS, must have one year of MS experience, MS/Tele experience required

Unit will allow first time travelers

2 years exp required

Epic experience required

Night shift ratios: 1:5-6, no LPN on nights. Charge is free, when fully staffed (5RNs. They are usually only staffed with 4 RNs and charge takes 3 pts. Charge takes 6 pts when only staffed with 3 nurses.
