Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Travel Med-Surg Registered Nurse for a 13-week onsite contract in Missouri. Night shift, 12 hours, three days per week, with 48 hours guaranteed and a 12/14 start date.

Location: 2 West, Main Building, Floor 2; unit uses Meditech EMR and supports general surgery, Echo/EKG/colonoscopy/TEE/EEG, wound VAC. You will participate in 1:5–6 patient care and three weekend shifts per month.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• ALS certification required.
• NIH stroke scale familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general surgery patient care on the Med-Surg unit.
• Monitor patients using EKG/ECG and telemetry equipment.
• Assist with procedures such as echo, colonoscopy, TEE and wound care.
• Manage routine post-procedure care and patient safety.
