Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Location: Seattle, WA

Position Type: Permanent

Base Salary: $78,000 to $145,000 + Relocation Assistance + hiring bonus + Full Benefits (based on experience)

Shift: Full Time | 36 Hours per Week | 12-Hour Night Shifts

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Develop and update care plans to meet patient goals across the care continuum.

Monitor and communicate patient condition as needed.

Maintain clinical competencies and remain up to date with required training.

Advocate for patients’ dignity, rights, and beliefs through ethical and holistic care planning.

Educate patients/families and support learning among team members and students.

Use evidence-based practices to enhance care quality and patient outcomes.

Lead care teams, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Active RN license in Washington State.

BLS Certification from AHA.

NRP Certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics.

At least 1 year of RN experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) unit (clinical rotations and residency programs do not qualify).

Preferred Qualifications:

National Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing or specialty area.
