Aura Health is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and coordinate Med/Surg patient care, fostering evidence-based practices and safe, patient-centered outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

You will mentor staff, support orientation, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while overseeing daily unit operations and care plan execution.
