Vetted Solutions is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead a Med-Surgical unit in Blacksburg, VA. This role partners with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care and continuous improvement.

The coordinator will supervise daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and develop care plans while promoting high-quality outcomes and compassionate teamwork throughout the unit.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Virginia or eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Experience in Med-Surgical nursing.
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety.

RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Med-Surgical)

Coordinate and lead patient care on a Med-Surgical unit by supporting clinical staff and promoting safe, high-quality outcomes. Oversee unit operations, assist with patient assessment and care planning, and mentor and develop nursing team members.

Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and evidence-based practice. Drive performance improvement efforts, support regulatory compliance, and help establish best practices across the unit.
