You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, implement care plans, and document per hospital policy, while advancing professionally in a supportive environment that values dignity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year RN experience.
• RN License with the state of Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients' conditions in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
• Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
• Documents according to policy/procedure, standards, and guidelines.
• Serves as an advocate for patients' needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.

Job Requirements

Required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• One (1) year RN experience
• RN License with the state of Arizona
• American Heart Association
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months of hire

Preferred

• One year medical surgical intensive care experience
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing
