Chandler Regional Medical Center is seeking a Medical Surgical Acute Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a dynamic, interdisciplinary setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, execute care plans, and collaborate with a diverse team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required is an AZ RN license, 1 year of RN experience, and BLS/ACLS within 6 months of hire. This on-site position sits in a 443-bed acute care hospital committed to patient-centered care and professional

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • One (1) year RN experience.
  • RN License with the state of Arizona.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive, safe, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
  • Demonstrates ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients' conditions in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
  • Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with patient comfort and needs.
  • Demonstrates accountability for ethical behavior and supports ethical practice by addressing and escalating issues.
  • Documents according to policy, standards, and guidelines.
  • Serves as an advocate for patients' needs through holistic care practices.

Job Requirements
Required
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • One (1) year RN experience
  • RN License with the state of Arizona

Preferred
  • One year medical surgical intensive care experience
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing
