Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Medical Support Specialist (MSS) to perform routine medical and testing procedures under direct supervision of the treating clinician.

The role includes patient registration, referral management, and delivering quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced adult/occupational health setting. You will prepare patients for physical examinations, perform rapid screenings, assist providers, manage documentation, and help maintain center operations while upholding HIPAA

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or equivalent patient care experience.
• Commitment to quality clinical care and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Prepare patients for physical examinations, including vital signs and ancillary testing.
• Assist providers during examination and treatment.
• Triage emergent patients as needed and ensure proper documentation.
