Qualifications

• Training staff and improving inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates.
• Sets and adjusts short- and long-term priorities; prepares schedules.
• Advises and instructs employees on work and administrative matters.
• Eliminates bottlenecks and bottlenecks to improve production.
• Provides guidance on new, complex or unusual situations.
• Oversees management and distribution of supplies to the medical center.
• Oversees receipt of supplies and materials.
• Ensures proper storage and organization of inventory.
• Analyzes and resolves issues to plan effectively.
• Conducts market research on new products and updates inventory.
• Ensures availability of recurring supply items managed via the inventory system.
• Analyzes management reports to control fund limits and identify trends.
• Collaborates with vendors and staff on logistics policy and changes.
• Communicates with staff to coordinate logistics initiatives.
• Work Schedule: Full-Time, 12:00PM-8:30PM EST or 7:00AM-3:30PM EST; rotating holidays.
