The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' Cincinnati VA Medical Center is seeking a Lead Supply Technician to supervise the distribution of supplies and materials to wards, clinics, operating rooms, and other hospital areas.

This on-site role requires leadership and hands-on coordination of the supply chain. You will lead the distribution team, manage workload, maintain stock levels, and ensure compliance with inventory systems and infection control guidelines while working with clinical staff

Qualifications

• No educational substitution at this grade level.
• Experience leading a team in supply distribution preferred.
• Ability to use barcode scanning and inventory systems.

Responsabilités

• Distributes and balances workload among employees according to workflow priorities.
• Maintains stock at primary and secondary locations and replenishes as needed.
• Operates barcode inventory tools and ensures data integrity of the inventory system.
• Coordinates with clinical staff and vendors to meet supply requirements.
