The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Supply Technician (Medical) to support the Medical Supply Distribution (MSD) within the VA Health Care System.

You will provide wards, clinics, operating rooms, and other hospital facilities with sterile and non-sterile medical supplies, instrument sets, and equipment. Major duties include pulling stock, replenishing inventory, monitoring expirations, and ensuring timely delivery in sterile condition.

Qualifications

• Must meet Time-In-Grade requirements for federal service or have specialized experience.
• Specialized experience includes knowledge of standard supply management procedures for inventory and excess material management.
• Ability to use automated inventory systems to monitor issues and receipts and to communicate with internal/external customers.

Responsabilités

• Pull stock inventory and materials for delivery.
• Replenish stock inventory.
• Interact with clinical and administrative customers and maintain stock records.
