Western Hills Retirement Village seeks a Medical Supply Clerk to maintain inventory, coordinate orders with vendors, and ensure adequate supplies for residents. The role supports nursing staff and admissions, with emphasis on accuracy and safety in a care-focused environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA with long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory or supply management.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate inventory of all medical supplies.

• Prepare rooms for new admissions by ensuring supplies are in place.

Your Role as a Medical Supply Clerk:

• Maintain accurate inventory of all medical supplies to support smooth facility operations
• Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and invoicing
• Communicate with nursing staff to ensure supply availability and needs are met
• Prepare rooms for new admissions by ensuring all required supplies are in place prior to arrival
• Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Ensure all supply storage areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with new staff orientation and ongoing training related to supply tracking systems
• Attend required in-service programs, workshops, and meetings
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including universal precautions
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:
