Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or terminal scientific degree with 2+ years industry experience.
• Strong medical writing skills and healthcare communications knowledge.
• Desire to drive strategic development, lead a team, and contribute across projects.
• Desire to become the medical expert for assigned brand(s).

Responsibilities

• Lead content development and ensure scientific accuracy aligned with strategy.
• Mentor Medical Writers and manage projects and timelines.
• Interface with clients and KOLs to convey medical direction and responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and handoffs.
• Represent medical voice in kickoff meetings and client reviews.
