BGBx is seeking a Senior Medical Director, Medical Strategy & Scientific Affairs in the United States. The role leads strategic direction and hands-on creation of medical content across therapies, ensuring scientific integrity for medical education and proposals.

You will manage a team and interact with clients and internal teams to develop new services for pharma clients. Responsibilities include directing writing/editing/production of medical materials, collaborating on promotional content,

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in biomedical sciences (PhD, MD, or PharmD) with strong scientific foundation.
• Ability to quickly understand multiple therapeutic areas and translate science for diverse stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of MLR guidelines and FDA regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication of complex scientific concepts.
• Proactive problem solving and collaborative cross-functional contribution.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in client meetings to provide strategic insight and guidance.
• Oversee delivery of programs and projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and content requirements are met.
• Lead development of medical advertising and communication projects including writing, editing, and production for scientific accuracy and impact.
• Collaborate with clients to develop promotional materials aligned with project goals.
• Prepare executive summaries and top-line overviews for stakeholders.
• Shape new materials through brainstorming and concept development sessions.
• Ensure content aligns with project goals and key messages; manage communications with account teams.
